Cassie A. Solomon is an organizational development consultant, executive coach and founder and president of The New Group Consulting and RACI Solutions. She co-authored “Leading Successful Change: 8 Keys to Making Change Work” with Gregory P. Shea and teaches executives at the Wharton School’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education.
